Join us and help shape the future of hospitality in Salt Lake City!ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on hotel mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and building systems.Diagnose and repair equipment including pumps, motors, boilers, air conditioning systems, appliances, and related components.Repair and maintain electrical systems, switches, outlets, lighting, televisions, internet devices, and other operational equipment.Perform plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains, repairing fixtures, and basic copper and PVC pipe repairs.Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and finish-work repairs as needed.Maintain and repair landscaping irrigation systems and exterior property components.Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of hotel engineering, facilities maintenance, or commercial building maintenance experience.Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.Valid driver's license preferredUniversal EPA/CFC Certification.Read, write and understand English.BenefitsDavidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
