Job Description Primary Care Physician (PCP) Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an exciting opportunity as a Primary Care Physician (PCP) in Kansas City, MO. This state-of-the-art clinic is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering strong physician-patient relationships in a supportive healthcare environment. Salary and Benefits Competitive compensation package, with potential earnings over $300,000 Base salary with performance-based bonuses Health Insurance – $19 per pay period Vision and Dental Insurance Offered Paid Time Off – 18 Days in the First Year Paid Holidays – 8 Days Retirement Package – 401(K) with 3% employer match Child Care Reimbursement Life Insurance – 2x annual salary Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Annual CME Allowance and PTO Paid Parental Leave Program Malpractice Insurance, including tail coverage Responsibilities Monday to Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Manage a patient panel of 500-600 individuals Average of 10-12 patient visits per day Provide care in a newly built, state-of-the-art clinic Utilize an advanced, cloud-based electronic health record system 100% outpatient care Call schedule: Based on the number of physicians in the market (e.g., 1:20 for 20 physicians) Requirements M.D. or D.O. graduates Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required) Residents welcome to apply Proficiency in in-office medical procedures, including: Suturing for minor wound closures Joint injections for pain management Skin biopsies for diagnostic purposes Comprehensive wound care Experience with preventive screenings relevant to geriatric patients Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required Commitment to delivering high-quality primary care and addressing both medical and social needs Ability to lead care teams with a patient-centric orientation Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required About Us Titan Placement Group is a leading healthcare recruiting firm dedicated to connecting top talent with exceptional healthcare facilities.
