Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianLeumas is looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for ensuring that the property's buildings, systems, and equipment operate efficiently and reliably. Daily tasks will include performing HVAC maintenance and repairs, addressing plumbing and electrical issues, and completing unit turns to prepare apartments for new residents. You will also oversee preventative maintenance programs, uphold curb appeal standards, and coordinate with outside vendors when specialized work is needed.This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in an environment where attention to detail truly matters.
