As an Order Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing order entry and fulfillment, ensuring efficient and timely processing. This role involves working with Excel and an in-house ERP system to track inventory and provide accurate updates to clients. Collaboration with various departments to enhance efficiency is a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage order entry and fulfillment processes.
• Utilize Excel and ERP systems to track inventory and update clients.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and site leadership to plan inventory and create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Track equipment service needs and schedule maintenance for CapEx, vehicles, and forklifts.
• Assist and provide guidance to the dispatch team.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in order entry and data entry.
• Strong experience in Excel.
• 3+ years of logistics experience with a distribution company.
• Experience with inventory management, dispatch, order management, order processing, and order fulfillment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with logistics in a distribution environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment

This position offers a salaried role with a rotating shift every other week. The start time for week 1 is 6:30 AM and for week 2 is 9:00 AM. This opportunity provides a chance to join a national leader in the industry.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denville, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $38.46/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
