Big16 Trucking | Earn 25% of Gross Revenue + Per Diem
Big16 Trucking is currently hiring motivated CDL-A drivers for Regional and OTR opportunities. Based in Illinois and operating nationwide, we offer a unique driver-focused approach that provides flexibility, strong earning potential, and the freedom to choose how often you want to run.

Pay & Compensation
Drivers earn:
- 25% of gross revenue on every completed load
- $35 daily per diem
- Average earnings of $5,000+ bi-weekly , based on performance and miles run
- Consistent freight opportunities nationwide
Our pay structure is designed to reward drivers for their productivity and commitment on the road.
Equipment & Support
Big16 Trucking operates using a network of rental equipment partners throughout the country. This allows drivers access to dependable equipment while providing a major advantage when maintenance issues arise.

One of the most unique aspects of our operation is our employment structure. Drivers commit to a two-week contract period , after which they can:
- Renew and continue running
- Take time off
- Return when ready, provided contractual obligations have been fulfilled

Driver Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Safe driving record
- Ability to operate throughout the continental United States
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to completing assigned contract periods
