EXPERIENCED Cabinet Installer with minimum of 5 years-experience

Job Description Job Description ***YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A CABINET INSTALLER!*** Summary: Installs custom millwork by performing the following duties: Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Arrives at job location and prepares site for installation. * Installs millwork for residential and commercial customers. * Works with power tools to measure, cut and to install millwork. * Repairs, installs, and troubleshoots in accordance with company guidelines. * Communicates with customers and office as needed. * Observes work in progress and follows all safety procedures including the wearing of personal safety equipment. * Cleans up waste and leaves customer's site in as good or better condition than when job was started. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or one year related experience as an installer in similar field, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret plans or layouts, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Math Ability: Ability to add, subtract, and take measurements. Reasoning Ability: Ability to diagnose complex problems and troubleshoot. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems. Equipment: Compressors Small Power Tools Table Saw Skill Saw Belt Sander Router Grinders Extension cords Caulking guns Ladder Miter Saw Special Skills: Mechanical skills Ability to work with power tools and woodworking equipment Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to work near or at construction sites; work in high, precarious places and outdoor weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wood dust or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
