Experienced Automotive Service Advisors — Ready for Your Next Move?
A successful, high-volume automotive dealership in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join its team.
This is a confidential opportunity for a proven advisor who knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience, communicate effectively with technicians, and maximize service and repair opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to effectively present recommended maintenance and repairs
Strong sales and customer follow-up skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume service department
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver's license
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers and identify service and repair needs
Write and manage repair orders
Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
Present recommended maintenance and repair work
Keep customers informed on vehicle status
Review completed work and invoices
Maintain strong CSI/customer satisfaction
Build repeat and referral service business
