Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support high-performance network infrastructure for large-scale AI data centers and GPU clusters.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with InfiniBand and/or RoCE Ethernet fabrics, RDMA, high-speed data center networking, and AI/HPC infrastructure. The role requires expertise in GPU cluster fabric deployment, network performance troubleshooting, automation, and production readiness.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain high-performance network fabrics supporting large-scale GPU clusters and distributed AI/ML workloads.
• Implement and support InfiniBand and/or RoCE Ethernet fabrics based on the target architecture.
• Configure and troubleshoot high-speed switches, network interfaces, optical transceivers, and fabric connectivity.
• Deploy and support spine-leaf network architectures for AI data centers.
• Troubleshoot RDMA connectivity, congestion, packet loss, latency, throughput, and fabric performance issues.
• Support high-speed network infrastructure including 400G/800G connectivity where applicable.
• Automate network provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and validation.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors and data center operations to diagnose and resolve GPU server hardware failures, firmware compatibility issues and infrastructure incidents.
• Perform physical and logical fabric validation, including optical connectivity, RDMA performance, network congestion, and site acceptance testing.

Required Experience & Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience with large-scale data center, HPC, or AI cluster networking.
• Experience with InfiniBand and/or RoCE-based Ethernet fabrics.
• Strong understanding of RDMA, low-latency networking, and high-bandwidth communication.
• Strong experience with spine-leaf architectures and high-speed network switches.
• Experience troubleshooting congestion, latency, packet loss, throughput, and fabric performance.
• Strong knowledge of BGP and enterprise/data center routing technologies.
• Strong Linux networking and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with network deployment, automation, and infrastructure validation.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco and/or Juniper enterprise/data center networking technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• NVIDIA Quantum InfiniBand, Spectrum Ethernet, or equivalent high-performance networking platforms.
• Arista, Juniper, or NVIDIA/Mellanox switching.
• EVPN, VXLAN, and advanced BGP architectures.
• 400G/800G networking and optical infrastructure.
• Python, Ansible, and Zero-Touch Provisioning (ZTP).
