HR Coordinator
We're looking for a highly motivated and professional HR Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support the full employee lifecycle. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing comprehensive HR support, including accurate data entry, meticulous filing, and managing HR databases.
- Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Facilitating the new hire process, including background checks, new hire paperwork, and setting up employee files.
- Coordinating and assisting with employee onboarding to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Maintaining confidential employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assisting with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Compensation: Pay for this position is $24$26 per hour. Your final compensation will be determined by several factors, including your education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
