BI Developer

Job Summary:


The CGI Advantage BI Developer is a contract role focused on developing and enhancing ERP and HRM data integrations, reporting, and analytics solutions. The position involves working remotely to support CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM systems, Snowflake data platforms, and Microsoft Power BI tools to deliver scalable business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance HR/ERP data integrations, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Build and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and DAX expressions.
• Develop and maintain Snowflake SQL queries, data pipelines, and reporting datasets.
• Work with CGI Advantage 4.0 HRM data structures and interfaces.
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI and data solutions.
• Troubleshoot data quality, reporting, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with ERP, HR, data, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Expertise in SQL and Power BI development.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake data platform.
• Proficiency with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).
• Experience with CGI Advantage, preferably Advantage 4.0 HRM.
• Understanding of ERP/HR data models, integrations, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Experience specifically with CGI Advantage HRM systems.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable BI and data solutions.

Special Considerations:

• Contract position with staff augmentation focus.
• Remote work based in Phoenix, AZ area.
