Position Overview HYBE America is seeking a highly motivated, agile, and detail-oriented Research Analyst Fellow to join our team in a one year fellowship. This is a highly tactical, fast-paced execution role designed to serve as a force multiplier for our transformation, operations, and strategic projects. Rather than theoretical high-level planning, this position is focused on rapid synthesis, real-time organization, and immediate operational execution. You will be responsible for digesting vast amounts of incoming information—including industry news, summits, internal boards, podcasts, and meeting audio—and translating them instantly into structured, accessible, and organized outputs. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional curiosity, absolute reliability, and a strong "no task is too small" mindset. Key Responsibilities Rapid Research & Synthesis: Read, analyze, and synthesize large volumes of text and media. Produce clear, concise analysis reports, written podcast summaries, and structured reference briefs on demand. Transcript & Meeting Preparation: Clean, edit, and organize raw meeting transcripts, audio files, and internal records to ensure key takeaways are immediately legible and actionable. Database Management & Updates: Serve as the custodian of our internal tracking databases. Immediately following every major meeting, summit, or board session, update central repositories with detailed logs, summaries, action items, and contextual comments. Assisted Research & Tool Leverage: Utilize modern productivity and assisted AI research tools to accelerate workflow speed, scale output volume, and automate basic formatting and data-gathering tasks (no prior technical AI experience is required). Meeting Documentation & Follow-Up: Own the meeting cycle by taking high-fidelity notes during crucial internal and external discussions, formatting them rapidly, and ensuring all assigned follow-ups are systematically tracked and completed. Operational Tracking & Organization: Maintain flawless folder structures, tracking documents, and reference libraries so the broader team can access vital information with zero friction. Qualifications Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, English, Humanities, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 0–3 years of professional experience in an analytical, administrative, or operational support capacity. Comfort with digital workspace tools (e.g., Slack, shared drives, database management tools). Eagerness to adopt and experiment with modern AI-assisted research tools. A high level of responsiveness and the ability to turn around tactical tasks with urgency in a fast-moving, global business environment. A genuine interest in the business of music, technology, and media, with an appetite to absorb industry-related knowledge quickly. High attention to detail; someone who consistently executes routine and high-volume tasks (such as database updates and documentation) with precision. A strong service-oriented mindset, thriving on high-volume support tasks and recognizing that operational excellence lies in the flawless execution of everyday details. Outstanding reading comprehension and written communication skills—the ability to turn hours of discussion or pages of text into a bulleted 1-page summary. Don't match every skill listed? This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.
