In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:


Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer


Your contribution to the team:


Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skill and Experience


Experience in implementing multiple projects of ARCS covering designing, creating solutions, testing, configuration and data integration.

Experience in configuration of various attributes in ARCS: Segment, Process, Risk Rating, Frequency, Account Type, Aging Profiles.

Experience in working on Account Reconciliations formats and profiles.

Experience on both transaction matching and reconciliation compliance.

Experience in EPM Data Integration/Data Management in creating integrations, locations etc.

Experience sound knowledge on automation for the data load, backup etc using both REST API and EPM, Automate (batch scripting in windows).


Preferred Skill and Experience


Able to understand the implications of change done to metadata and do the impact analysis.

Able to validate data at detailed level, analyze and reconcile the data.


Additional Required Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
