Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified entry-level associate to join their Tax practice in Redwood City. The Tax group collaborates with the corporate practice to advise on a wide range of transactional tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, private equity, real estate, venture capital, and financing transactions. Duties Collaborate with teams on transactional tax matters. Advise clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions. Assist in partnerships and joint ventures. Participate in private equity and fund formation. Engage in real estate transactions and investment trusts. Contribute to venture capital and capital markets transactions. Requirements Demonstrated interest in tax law and transactional practice. Experience in tax, corporate, or transactional matters preferred. Ability to work collaboratively and manage assignments independently. Outstanding academic credentials. Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills. Education J.D. or LLM Class of 2026 or 2027. Certifications None specified. Skills Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication abilities.
