Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical and telemetry environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical-surgical and telemetry unit.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, ensuring timely interventions and effective care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.

Shift Details

Night shifts: 3x12-hour shifts (18:30 - 07:00)
Day shifts: 3x12-hour shifts (06:30 - 19:00)

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience in telemetry nursing preferred.
Strong critical thinking and clinical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively under pressure in a collaborative team environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
