Sales Representative

We are a growing beverage manufacturing company seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative to support the operation within a beverage manufacturing industry. What You'll Do: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities Grow existing accounts through expanded SKUs, formats, or volumes Maintain pipeline visibility (volume, revenue, timing) Commercial Alignment (What We Sell) Product offering (SKU, packaging, formulation type) Commercial terms (pricing, MOQs, lead times) Ensure opportunities align with plant technical capabilities Customer Relationship Ownership Build long-term strategic relationships Manage escalations at commercial level Opportunity Feasibility Alignment Engage Planning, Quality, and Operations for: Feasibility reviews Capacity validation Avoid over‑promising or misaligned commitments Customer Onboarding Leadership Lead transition from “sale” to “execution” Ensure successful handoff to CSR: Product requirements Timing expectations Additional Responsibilities: Quotation management (presentation, repository, expiration, updates) Customer Relationship Management platform startup and maintenance Attend approved trade shows and industry events Coordinate cross‑selling opportunities with packaging business Assist marketing in the development of brand collateral and relevant platform investments Maintain and submit monthly travel and expenditure reports Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and data integrity Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food or beverage industry. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Basic math skills and the ability to read. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory control is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Software (e.g., Excel, Outlook and Teams) is preferred.
