Registered Nurse - ICU - Medical

Position Registered Nurse responsible for assessing, managing, and providing nursing care in Intensive Care Units using a patient-centered approach. Key Duties Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops and evaluates individualized care plans, administers medications, collaborates with healthcare team, documents patient responses, and provides patient/family education. Ensures safety, infection control, and compliance with policies. Recognizes and responds to changes in patient condition, manages specialized care like restraints and pain, and maintains professional standards. Promotes quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and service excellence while fostering a respectful, collaborative environment. Qualifications & Skills Valid RN license in applicable states, minimum one year RN experience, proficiency in clinical skills, strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety and infection control protocols. Demonstrates accountability, adaptability, and professional growth. Additional Requirements Certifications in BLS, ALS; ability to handle emergency/crisis situations; physical ability for patient care activities.
