Logistics Analyst

This role is essential in providing actionable insights that drive cost and service improvements to our logistics network. Responsibilities Develop and optimize modeling and analytics to improve cost to serve. Maintain and publish Transportation (Domestic and Export) and 3rd Party Warehouse KPIs. Develop cross‑functional action plans to drive improvements to cost to serve and enhance service to customers. Support logistics procurement events for domestic and export transportation and 3PL warehousing. Drive internal and external adoption of available tools. Serve as a key user for SAP TM and other logistics 3rd party tools. Maintain SAP TM master data and other attributes as assigned. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate logistics performance and key metrics to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in transportation, warehousing or supply chain analysis with a proven track record of achieving cost savings and operational improvements. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and procurement management software. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Solid understanding of logistics principles, transportation management, and supply chain dynamics. Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
