Job Details:

• Join a growing clinic with an established patient base and a passionate, collaborative team environment
• OB is optional
• Flexible FTE options ranging from 0.6 to 1.0 FTE
• ZERO Call model implemented to support work-life balance – all after-hours call (excluding OB, hospital, and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a separate call team
• Anticipated work schedule: Monday to Friday with 36 patient contact hours
• Flexible shifts with clinic hours: 7:15 AM – 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM – Noon (Saturday)
• Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX AI integration
• Digital X-Ray with rapid results available on-site
• Access to on-site behavioral health, community health workers, urgent care, and sports medicine
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice required
