Quality Control Laboratory Technician

4-night 3 off
3 Day Shift 1 off
3 night Shifts 3 off
4 Day Shifts 7 days off
Repeats
Purpose:
Perform routine quality testing, collect samples, maintain equipment, and support production operations while developing a foundational understanding of company products, processes, and quality systems. Serve as a technical specialist responsible for maintaining testing accuracy, supporting production, and becoming a subject matter expert.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collect, receive, and process production, operations, packaging, and customer samples.
- Perform moisture, color, PSD, wet retain, density and coating.
- Record and communicate results accurately.
- Follow testing schedules and procedures.
- Perform daily instrument verifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and inventory.
- Report equipment concerns.
