Resumen del puesto Estamos buscando candidatos apasionados y comprometidos para ocupar cuatro puestos abiertos para Especialistas en Desarrollo Juvenil en diferentes sitios de escuelas secundarias. El rol implica fomentar el desarrollo social‑emocional, el bienestar mental y la resiliencia de los jóvenes a través de servicios informados sobre traumas, tanto individuales como grupales. Responsabilidades Mantener actualizados y organizados los expedientes físicos y electrónicos de los participantes, incluyendo formularios requeridos, autorizaciones, encuestas y documentación de servicios. Colaborar con las Escuelas: establecer y mantener fuertes alianzas con los administradores escolares, consejeros, maestros y personal para apoyar las derivaciones de jóvenes y la alineación del programa con las necesidades escolares. Participar en el Aprendizaje Continuo: asistir y participar activamente en capacitaciones requeridas, reuniones de equipo y presentaciones para mejorar el crecimiento profesional y la entrega de servicios. Asegurar la Seguridad de los Jóvenes: responder de manera adecuada y efectiva a emergencias y situaciones que puedan afectar la seguridad o la protección de los jóvenes, siguiendo todos los protocolos. Defender la Misión Organizacional: demostrar compromiso con la misión y los valores de Identity en todo el trabajo, promoviendo la equidad, la dignidad y la oportunidad para cada joven atendido. #J-18808-Ljbffr Identity, Inc.
