Assistant Boutique Manager - Miami Design District

Summary The Assistant Boutique Manager partners with the Boutique Director to lead and support sales and operations of the boutique, driving sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role coaches and develops the team, represents the brand in the community, and serves as the primary contact in the Director’s absence. Responsibilities Deepen relationships with clients to achieve the sales plan and drive lifetime loyalty and spend. Direct and coach the sales team to cultivate new and existing clients and ensure service excellence on the sales floor. Actively manage client relationships personally and elevate the client experience across in-store, omnichannel, and events. Support hiring, training, mentoring, and performance feedback to develop talent and maintain a best-in-class service environment. Identify and implement efficiencies and best practices across Customer Service, BOH, and Alterations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Requirements 5-10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience. 2-3+ years of management experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and video-telephony tools (e.g., Zoom). Ability to manage multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations; multilingual is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
