We’re looking for caring, experienced Childcare Teachers who are ready to bring energy, creativity, and compassion to our classrooms.

We are seeking a Floating Substitute Teacher. This is a part-time position (16-40 hours/week), and we cannot guarantee full-time hours, though it may happen some weeks. Flexibility is paramount, and an individual must be able to travel to any 3 of our 10 Cleveland-based Sweet Kiddles Flexible Childcare centers (listed below). This role requires regular travel between multiple work sites, so reliable transportation is a must. Candidate should be available to work 9:00am-6:00pm with a one-hour break.

What You Bring

• Experience in a childcare setting
• High School Diploma or GED ( Required )
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (a plus!)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements
