With our primary focus on civil litigation work, we are searching to add a Seasoned Litigation Attorney with either Insurance Defense or Railroad Law experience.

What You Will Be Doing

- Oversee all phases of Litigation from case inception through trial
- Meet with clients to understand their legal issues
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, & arbitration proceedings
- Conduct thorough legal research
- Drafting legal documents

What You Need for this Position

- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Tennessee
- 4+ years of Litigation experience
- Ability to communicate, negotiate, & strong courtroom skills
