Basic Job Functions: Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures. Operate a roll off truck to load and unload roll off boxes. 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 12p -8p and Rotating Friday/Saturday. Monitor, clean and inspect plant production equipment to ensure proper operation. Assist other workers as needed. Cleanup and other duties as assigned.
