About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (PACU) – Colorado

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM, seasonal travel assignment with one weekend call shift per month

Highlights:

• Post-anesthesia care unit with 27 beds serving diverse surgical specialties including orthopedics, spine, neurology, interventional radiology, ENT, general surgery, GI, vascular, and colorectal procedures
• Patient ratios of 4 patients in preop and 1-2 patients in PACU
• Day shift staffing includes 10 RNs and 2 Charge RNs working collaboratively across multiple departments
• EMR system: Meditech

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current PACU experience required
• Current RN license in Colorado or compact state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• CPAN or CAPA certification preferred
• Critical care experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential
