Musical Instrument Retail Sales Associate

Music & Arts seeks an Instrument Sales Associate to support students, parents, and educators in our retail store. In this role, you’ll guide customers in selecting band, orchestra, and other instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons that fit their needs and budgets. You’ll learn product features, handle basic point‑of‑sale and rental agreements, and help maintain appealing, organized displays. Working in our collaborative, education-focused culture, you’ll engage with local schools, promote events and lesson programs, and support a welcoming, inclusive environment where customers of all ages feel inspired to make music.
