Janitorial Supervisor White Glove Janitorial is hiring a Janitorial Supervisor to lead cleaning teams and support operations across multiple locations. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting employees, and helping teams succeed. You’ll spend time coaching and developing staff, conducting quality inspections, assisting with staffing and scheduling needs, and working alongside your team when needed. While evening and weekend availability is important, schedules are communicated in advance whenever possible.
