Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer

Join the Jackson HealthPros team as an Ultrasound Technologist (also known as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) where you'll use your expertise to operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high quality images that are used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
• 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer
• BLS Certification
• ARRT certification
• Ultrasound certificate
• X-ray experience
• Driver's license required at submittal

Assignment Details

• Tuesday - Friday 8a-5:30p.
• Monday - Friday 8a-430p.
• On call 1 weekday night per week and every 4th weekend.
• Holiday on call rotation required.
• General ultrasound only. No vascular or echo.
• Adults and pediatrics, biopsies.
• Department uses EPIC and McKesson.
• Siemens equipment.
• Cyclic scheduling.
• Orientation is 1 week, Monday - Friday 0800-1630.
