Business Analyst I
The Judge Group
Our client, Independence Blue Cross, is currently seeking a Business Analyst I to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite attendance 3 days per week and is a contract opportunity through December 2026. Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and end users
- Assist with business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support project initiatives
- Create and maintain requirements documents, process flows, reports, and meeting notes
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation activities
- Analyze business challenges and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Assist with project coordination and cross-functional team activities
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Recent graduates and candidates with 0-3 years of experience are encouraged to apply
- Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, or project support preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Exposure to SQL, Figma, UX Design, Visual Studio, Jira, Tableau, Power BI, or Excel is a plus
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management preferred
- Must be able to work onsite in Philadelphia, PA 3 days per week
- Must reside within the PA, NJ, or DE tri-state area
