What You'll Do

• Perform sterilization and processing of surgical and medical instruments
• Operate sterilizers, Sterrad machines, ultrasonic cleaners (CaviWave, Medisafe, Belimed)
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention standards and safety protocols
• Prepare sterile supplies for surgical procedures
• Maintain sterilization logs and documentation
• Assist in troubleshooting sterilization equipment and processes
• Collaborate with surgical and hospital staff to meet all sterilization needs

What You Need

• Current CRCST or CSPDT certification
• At least 3 years of experience in hospital sterilization (Level I or II)
• Experience with sterilizers, Sterrad, ultrasonic devices, and hospital sterilization procedures
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
