Senior Integration Project Manager

Technology Integration Project ManagerLead the technology integration of newly acquired clinics into our enterprise systems and infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, timely, and secure transition for acquired practices — minimizing disruption to clinical operations and patient care while bringing new sites onto our standard technology platforms.Beyond M&A integration work, this role also leads and manages other IT projects across the organization, making it a great fit for a project manager who wants variety alongside a specialized focus on acquisition integration.Integration Program ManagementServe as the primary IT project manager for all technology workstreams related to the integration of newly acquired clinicsDevelop and maintain integration project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for each acquisitionManage multiple concurrent clinic integrations at varying stages, prioritizing effectively across competing timelinesIdentify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate appropriately to leadershipServe as the central point of coordination between corporate IT, clinical operations, the acquired clinic's staff, and third-party vendorsEHR & Clinical Application IntegrationLead the migration of acquired clinics onto the company's standard EHR platformCoordinate data conversion and data migration activities, working closely with EHR vendor and internal data teams to ensure data integrity and completenessManage integration of ancillary and add-on clinical/business applications (e.g., lab, billing, scheduling, patient engagement tools)Partner with clinical informatics and operations teams to plan workflow transitions and end-user training/go-live supportIT Infrastructure & Technical IntegrationManage migration of acquired clinic users and mailboxes to the company's Microsoft 365 environment (email, productivity tools, collaboration platforms)Oversee network integration activities, including connectivity, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and site infrastructure readinessCoordinate security integration activities, including endpoint protection, identity/access management, and compliance with company security standards (e.g., HIPAA)Manage domain consolidation and Active Directory/identity integrationCoordinate transition of IT support/help desk services to the corporate support modelEnsure hardware, telecom, and connectivity needs are assessed and addressed at each siteBroader IT Project LeadershipLead and manage additional IT projects beyond M&A integration, as assigned, which may include system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, application rollouts, or process improvement initiativesApply consistent project management discipline (scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communication management) across both M&A and non-M&A IT projectsFlex capacity between acquisition integration work and broader IT department project needs based on business prioritiesStakeholder Communication & GovernanceDevelop and maintain integration playbooks, templates, and standard operating procedures to drive consistency and efficiency across acquisitionsProvide regular status reporting to IT leadership and broader M&A integration teamsConduct post-integration and post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve deliveryPartner with corporate M&A/deal teams during due diligence to assess target clinic IT environments and inform integration planning and cost estimatesRequiredBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of IT project management experience, including managing complex, multi-workstream projectsStrong understanding of IT infrastructure fundamentals (networking, security, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/domains)Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlinesComfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments typical of M&A activityWillingness and ability to travel occasionally to acquired clinic sitesPreferredPrior experience with M&A/divestiture IT integrationHealthcare industry experience, particularly in ambulatory/clinic settingsExperience with EHR platform implementations, migrations, or data conversions (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, or similar)PMP (Project Management Professional) certificationFamiliarity with HIPAA and healthcare IT compliance/security requirementsExperience with Microsoft 365 migration tools and domain consolidation projects
