Tennessee Licensed Senior Claims Representative

To support a growing risk management team, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Senior Claims Representative will independently investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct timely interviews with relevant parties to evaluate the compensability of claims and manage payment of benefits Coordinate with injured employees and store personnel regarding medical documentation and facilitate return-to-work processes Utilize professional judgment to reserve, handle, and resolve complex claims, providing direction to defense attorneys and other stakeholders as needed Required qualifications 5+ years of experience handling complex and/or litigated workers' compensation claims Advanced knowledge of medical and legal terminology Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize complex claims Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Ability to handle confrontational situations in a mature and professional manner
