Our ideal candidate will be one who is experienced in an autonomous fast paced environment and thrives off of meeting the needs of their residents.ResponsibilitiesAbility to document information in residents medical recordTake and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.Monitor patients condition including fluid intake and output and document in patient chartsAssist residents in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.Provide emotional and psychosocial support when neededQualificationsCNA in good standing in required stateMinimum of 1+ year experienceAbility to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a interdisciplinary teamSchedule flexibilityUnderstanding of confidentiality, HIPPA and nursing best practicesAbility to stand, walk, stoop and lift throughout entirety of shiftExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, dedicated and able to handle stress
