Our client is seeking a 2nd or 3rd year associate to join its growing Real Estate practice in its Bryant Park office. This is a true junior-level opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will come from a Big Law or comparable sophisticated real estate practice , with experience representing clients in a broad range of transactional real estate matters. Key Responsibilities Purchase & Sale Agreements (PSAs) Joint Venture (JV) Agreements Development Agreements Commercial Leasing General commercial real estate transactional work Ideal Background 2–3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience Big Law experience strongly preferred Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills Strong academic credentials and attention to detail Compensation & Schedule - Cravath market salary (currently follows the latest Big Law market scale) plus competitive benefits. Recent market rates for junior associates are approximately $245K for 2nd years and $270K for 3rd years , depending on class year.
