Marketing AssistantThe Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Assistant's primary responsibility is to support the marketing team in the execution of marketing initiatives and provide administrative assistance to the Marketing Department. Assist with basic email campaigns.Graphic Design: Create basic graphic design materials such as store-level requests, event flyers, social graphics, and promotional flyers.Internal Communication: Write and post basic stories on the company intranet.Online Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to Google reviews.Photography: Capture photos using professional-grade equipment as needed.Administrative Support: Assist the Director of Marketing with reporting, updating databases, coordinating Larson Shop orders/projects, and setting up users on The Larson Shop.Event Support: Help organize marketing and dealership events.Special Projects: Support special projects and research initiatives as assigned by the Director of Marketing.Market Awareness: Stay current on marketing trends and industry best practices.Organizational relationships: The Marketing Assistant supports all aspects of marketing and communications for The Larson Group (TLG). This position regularly interacts with TLG's corporate team, location managers, department managers, and sales teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.Prior experience through internships or a similar role is preferred.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.Comfortable using Mac products.Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
