Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Newton, MA
Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR role that guarantees weekly home time with little physical exertion? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes throughout the Northeast, utilizing excellent equipment and offering competitive pay. Experience the freedom of over-the-road driving while sticking to a schedule that gets you home every week.
Home Time:
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset.
- Our OTR routes are structured to ensure steady miles while allowing you to maintain family time and personal obligations.
Equipment:
- Drive modern International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks outfitted with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling.
- Take your assigned truck and trailer home provided there’s safe parking available.
No Touch Freight:
- Mainly handling dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
- Minimal physical demands enable you to focus on your driving and enhance your productivity.
Pay and Miles:
- Average earnings between $1,000 and $1,450 per week based on mileage and performance metrics.
- Additional compensation structures include detention pay per customer policy, layover pay at $12 per hour after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Operating in Northeast regional routes from Maine to Virginia.
- All tolls are covered using EZ Pass and toll cards.
