Job Number 730224BR Description: You will be the Order Entry Operator. What You Will Be Doing Provide processing support for offsite vendor servicing of calibration assets and procurement of applicable parts and/or resources. This includes but is not limited to, quote requests, financing requisitions, order placements, shipment generation and receiving.

Basic Qualifications: High-school diploma or equivalent. Must be a US Citizen and have ability to acquire a Secret clearance. 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar back-office role; prior exposure to order-management systems is beneficial. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Desired Skills: Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using ERP/CRM or order-entry software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) Exposure to technical specifications and terminology.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
