Job Summary We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant for a direct hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This patient-facing role is ideal for a compassionate, organized clinical professional who is fluent in English and Spanish and enjoys supporting patients through hands‑on care, education, and care coordination. As a Bilingual Medical Assistant, you will help ensure patients receive efficient, accurate, and supportive care throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on patient care, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, administering injections, performing urine testing, and supporting patient education. Assist with anemia and iron management, clinical procedures, specimen collection, blood pressure monitoring, and diagnostic testing coordination. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR and communicate important patient updates to providers. Manage patient scheduling, recalls, referrals, follow‑up care, and care coordination to help patients stay on track with treatment plans. Support clinic operations through medical records management, inventory control, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with team members across multiple locations. Compensation and Benefits Pay rate: $19.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience. Job type: Direct hire.
