RN Ortho Med/Surg FT Days

Position Summary & Highlights We are looking to hire Registered Nurses (RN) for our Ortho Medical/Surgical Unit in Nampa. This 36‑bed unit treats patients with medical, surgical, and orthopedic needs, including wound care and minor trauma cases. Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12‑hour Day Shift Schedule: Self schedule – Full Time Days, three 12‑hour shifts per week, 7 to 7, rotating weekends. What You Will Do Provide professional nursing care in collaboration with the health care team for ongoing assessment, planning, and treatment of patients and families. Utilize resources wisely while promoting the physical, spiritual, and emotional well‑being of patients. Serve in a broad range of capacities including delegation, assessment, planning of care and treatment, and teaching of patients and families. Minimum Qualifications Licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse by the Idaho State Board of Nursing. Multistate license holders must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire. At hire, Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required (ACLS and/or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS).
