Overview Back of House Team Member (Full-Time) - Serve with Excellence Behind the Scenes At Chick-fil-A Kennewick, we’re looking for friendly, dependable individuals to join our team as full-time Back of House Team Members. In this role, you’ll help prepare delicious food quickly and safely, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and support your teammates in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. This is more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to grow and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and assemble food with speed and accuracy. Rotate between kitchen roles (breading, fries, food prep, dishwashing). Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean, safe kitchen. Help with restocking, setup, and cleanup throughout your shift. Work as part of a positive, fast-paced team. Qualifications Friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy working as part of a team. People who can move quickly, follow instructions, and stay organized. Individuals who want to contribute to a positive work environment and are passionate about delivering great service. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
