Position Summary Leads Deloitte’s architecture strategy and technical direction for the VA’s identity, credential, and access management environment. This role aligns identity services, integrations, security controls, and modernization efforts with Zero Trust objectives and operational requirements. The Lead ICAM Architect works across stakeholders to define scalable target-state architecture, strengthen governance, and support secure access across enterprise platforms. We work across architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, and program stakeholders to modernize identity services, strengthen security controls, and advance Zero Trust objectives. This team focuses on scalable solutions, integration across platforms, and operational effectiveness in support of mission needs. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree10+ years of experience in identity and access management, cybersecurity architecture, or enterprise architecture5+ years of experience designing or leading identity and access management solutions in complex enterprise environmentsExperience with identity federation, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, and directory servicesExperience developing architecture artifacts, technical roadmaps, and system integration designsAbility to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: Experience supporting federal government or public sector identity and access management programsExperience aligning architecture decisions to Zero Trust frameworks or federal cybersecurity guidanceExperience with cloud identity platforms and hybrid identity integrationsExperience leading architecture reviews, technical governance forums, or design authoritiesExperience with Identity Governance and Administration and Privileged Access Management implementationsAdvanced degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a technical field For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Virginia, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Virginia and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 to $235,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
