Duration: 13 weeks Contract

Shift: Nights (36 Hour Guarantee)

• May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse
• Coordinates total nursing care for patients
• Participates in patient and family teaching
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting

EMR: Cerner Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5 Average daily patient census: 22

Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Traveler must be willing to work Thanksgiving holiday, including Friday and weekend after and the Christmas Eve to New Year Day block (If Needed/Scheduled). RTO during this holiday will not be approved. Thanks!

Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need. 8hrs non-billable orientation Call-back, Holiday and OT multipliers: 1.25% Call: 4.00/hour

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience - Required
• May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
• CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required
• BSN preferred
