The Florida Department of Health – State Personnel System is seeking a HUMAN RES/LABOR RELATIONS CONSULTANT in Tallahassee to manage diverse labor relations, disciplinary actions, and related HR duties. The role advises management on discipline, investigates grievances, and handles potential PERC or arbitration processes.
