Front Office Specialist

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Front Office Specialist to be the first point of contact and to set the tone for a world class Total Patient Experience. This role also performs the administrative tasks needed to ensure a smooth check‑in/out experience for patients. The position requires interaction with patients, strong customer service skills, and adherence to HIPAA and company policies.
