Position Customer Support Associate Job Description Join our team as a Customer Support Associate at our Alpharetta branch! Arrow Electronics provides a dynamic environment to support external and internal customers, driving service excellence for the Inside Sales Team and all customer engagements. What You’ll Be Doing Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements, maintaining performance expectations and enhancing Arrow’s position within each customer and supplier. Manage the Order to Invoice Process, including on‑time delivery, customer scorecards, schedule adjustments, expediting, and regulatory compliance. Support the sales team with direct customer contact for quality assurance processes, escalation handling, branch service requests, RMAs, CARs, FQR analysis, and post‑delivery issue resolution. Act as liaison between customer, Inside Sales, and suppliers; attend calls to review critical item status and resolve escalations. Collaborate with internal personnel across Asset, Field Sales, Quality, Transportation, and Inside Sales. What We Are Looking For Typical educational background: 2‑year degree or 2–4 years of experience. Intermediate Excel skills. Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with ERP systems and related tools. Skill in problem‑solving, escalation management, and assertive communication. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multiple departments.
