Associate Sales Representative, Joint Replacement - Virginia Beach, VA

Associate Sales Representative supporting joint replacement product sales and marketing across surgical and office settings in Virginia Beach. Role involves case coverage, product evaluations, territory development, and customer relationship building with mentorship from experienced sales leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales team in promoting and selling joint replacement products to healthcare providers
- Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating rooms and clinical offices
- Track territory development, manage sample inventory, and communicate progress to sales representatives
- Provide technical problem-solving and staff education onsite at customer locations
- Respond to urgent customer needs on-call basis including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with medical certification and 2+ years experience
- High school diploma with 4+ years related experience, or 4+ years active military service
- Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Medical field or B2B sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated team leadership or sales internship experience preferred
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 base salary, eligible for commission and bonuses
