Pharmacy Manager

Walmart is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead daily pharmacy operations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will ensure safe, accurate dispensing, oversee clinical services, and maintain full regulatory compliance. You’ll manage and mentor pharmacy associates, optimize workflows, and deliver exceptional patient care and counseling. Collaborating closely with store leadership, you’ll drive performance, improve customer satisfaction, and support community health initiatives while contributing to Walmart’s culture of integrity, service, and continuous improvement.
