ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at State Farm Corporate. I'm also a second-generation State Farm agent (my dad and brother are both agents), so serving customers has always been part of my life.

Giving back is important to our agency. Each year, we support a local family or charity during the holiday season as a way to make a positive impact in our community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Katie Martin - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
