Our family-oriented pediatric office is looking for a caring and dependable Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team. We're searching for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients and families, and who works well in a fast-paced environment and brings a positive attitude to work every day.

What you'll do:

Welcome and room patients.

Take vital signs and obtain medical histories.

Administer vaccines and medications.

Assist our providers during patient visits.

Answer phone calls and provide patient education.

Document in our electronic health record (EHR).

Help keep exam rooms stocked and running smoothly.

What we're looking for:

Current New Jersey Certification.

Pediatric office experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.

Friendly, compassionate, and dependable.

Great communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized.
