Head of Marketing

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as Head of Marketing, responsible for driving demand generation, managing digital marketing programs, and overseeing product positioning to enhance market awareness and pipeline creation in the utility CIS sector. Key responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive revenue marketing strategies that integrate inbound and outbound pipeline generation Own product marketing and positioning, ensuring competitive differentiation and alignment with buyer narratives across all channels Lead content strategy and brand consistency, managing a content engine that supports the entire buyer journey and aligns with the company's GTM strategy Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a director or senior director-level role with pipeline accountability Demonstrated success in building inbound pipeline programs and driving revenue marketing initiatives Strong understanding of product marketing fundamentals, including messaging architecture and sales enablement Expertise in marketing analytics tools, HubSpot, and Salesforce; familiarity with intent data platforms is a plus
